5100s all around, 295-70-18 Defenders, 1.25 Spidertrax spacers, BD reverse lights, de-badged, interior LEDs, footwell LEDs, reverse LEDs, ARE cap, front receiver hitch for cooler holder, cooler holder/rod rack, backup camera, Kenwood HU, Westin nerf bars, Husky floor liners, folding rear seats, remote battery posts, plastidip grill chrome, Powder coat bumpers.
Was pretty good, no, really good. Notes: less plowboys or no plowboys, something different. RTIC 20 soft side will keep things hot for a long time. If you split an 11.5 brisket and smoke at 250F it will be done in about 8 hours, plus an hour to rest, at least in my smoker. And it's delicious.
Thanks all for the tips. Now for some lunch sandwiches, and some pintos with brisket. Plus some freezing, 11.5 lbs goes a long way for two.

    Still rolling stock baby....
Awesome, glad everything worked out, now you will find yourself cooking again and again improving over the last cook then spending hours looking at other cookers and watching hours of videos of other cooks and watching what they do and changing your cooks, and then there are the different rubs and on and on and on and on

Its a damn trap man, save yourself now before its too late.......
