Hello all. I have installed the 2445 air bags on my truck and they seem to be all good. Nice ride and really help with a heavy load in the bed. Question is that they don't seem to allow full suspension travel without potentially ripping air bags. My truck is stock height in the rear without any mods (except bags). See the pics below. With truck in the air the bags don't connect from springs to frame without over stretching. When truck is on the ground it is all good. SD Truck Springs (where I bought them) said this was normal and they were not meant for full suspension travel or off road purposes. Does this sound and look right to you guys? Thanks in advance!

I used airbag cradles to alleviate that issue. Cradles will allow full suspension travel and a over all better ride.

You're supposed to chain up your rear end when putting it on a lift so the bags don't tear. If you don't have cradles.

That seems like the perfect solution. Thank you!

I had Daystar cradles on my tacoma with firestone airbags. They were great and allowed full travel.

I have ordered some Daystars. Not sure why the saleperson didn’t mention these when I had the questions about suspension travel. Thanks!
