Fire extinguisher install under the seat in my 17 Crewmax. Bought from wal mart, 2 zip ties to the bar that runs underneath on the drivers side rear seat and it works great. Seat lowers without issue and it's secure.

I have the same one on my bed rack but used the quick first mounts. And I actually used it two days ago guy in front of me his wheel and tire came off and he drove on the rotor causing a small fire. Now I need to get another one.

Good idea to put the fire extinguisher under seat. Might do that as well but will probably use hose clamps to mount the bracket (not my idea, copycat some military vehicle installations).

Very nice!, every vehicle should have an extinguisher. I have one in my bed, and under the driver seat.

Where can i buy the bracket for your truck bed?..not the hardware attaching the bracket to your truck...the bracket with clips itself/ Im guessing you bought two and transfered two of the clips because looking around i cant find any with 4 clips like that.

ZORO.com, none of the brackets for high end extinguishers are available in the U.S., usually come from Canada. They can get them in a timely manner. Yes I buy brackets and piece them together, most motorsport rules dictate 2 metal straps, 4 has to be better.

Great idea...Went and picked up one today.
