Congrats on the truck! I was originally planning on getting a white one but fell in love with the cement in person. I'm also not as anti-chrome as most people, and it actually doesn't look bad at all with the cement...

Congrats on the new truck. How much did you pay out the door? I might be in the market for one soon. Need to verify if it will fit in my garage first.

    Thanks.

I don't have the paperwork handy, my wife keeps it all for safe keeping. The truck without window tint, dual exhaust, and bed liner was 44K after whatever discounts they could apply. I added the other things as extra. There's not a lot of shopping around I can do around here. Can't really drive to another state so easily ;-)

No, but you made me do a double take! It must be reflecting the ground in front of it at a weird angle

    Thanks

I love the sound, with one exception; there's a helicopter/chopper sound at certain high RPMs. However, I've been told by several smart members of this community that the sound will eventually fade away and sound just awesome after a couple hundred miles or so. Something about the material bonding over time. I have noticed a slight decrease in the chopper sound compared to day 1. As long as it continues to fade, it was worth every penny.

They do what I need them to do: provide lift assist for wife and kids. I don't have the money for many mods. I do want some things, like color matching stuff. But I'm quite satisfied with the boards. Oh, they can get slippery when very wet. That's about it

Not to necro this post, but to give some feedback to anyone that may be interested:

The exhaust definitely lost it's loud chopper noise over time. It now sounds great. I feel like I'm getting a testosterone injection when I rev it (no offense, ladies of this here forum).
