    For those who have the fender flares with pocket style that have torx rivets in them does any one know if they can be removed??? Wana paint them black or plastidip em

    The ones I had were removable. Just a lock nut holding the bolt to the flare.

    Most people who paint their rivets seem to powder coat them. Another popular option is to get a set of replacement spikes. I would love to get them, but with my four children, that would be asking for trouble, haha.

    Yes they are removable. I removed them on my 2012 Tundra and installed black powder coated spikes. They weren't a problem with my kids hitting them.
