    This. Recently our local butcher put prime fillets on sale for $15/pound. We bought a bunch of pounds. No one has mentioned porterhouse, tenderloin and strip all in one. And then there's all the parts of the pig, yum.

    I spent a little time in Egypt and was taken to many "five star" restaurants by our business representatives. They all had meat as an entree. When I asked what kind of meat the answer was always veal. I had many different kinds of veal. It was late in the trip when our driver told me it was probably all camel.
