    Got in today from a 2800 mile road trip. Weather last week affected my time and schedule in Kentucky so I only got 1 tour and 2 distilleries, BT and MM. I also hit Bowman Brothers in Fredericksburg Va. Had a lot of fun and was able to dip 2 bottles at Makers.

    I really like their Single Barrel, but the Small Batch was on sale for 28 so I grabbed 2. Never tried it until a tasting there, hard to know for sure but I think I still like the SiB more, may try that tomorrow. I cracked the Milk Chocolate Truffle, tastes good, nothing jumped out at me, will try that Coffee soon.

    My son and I decided to open up the X-mas present he bought me. Besides enjoying a drink with my son, I'm enjoying the bottle. Smooth with a little heat but no nasty burn, with a bit of a nice lingering taste. Good stuff!
