John Fogerty, friend of my dad's played guitar for him on a couple of tours.
Greg Vaughn, Llyod Moseby(late in his career). When I was in college the local area pro ball players would come play us before they left for spring training. I hit a double over Moseby's head in left field, gave him a little ribbing after the game and he gave me a bat. Still have it to this day. Vaughn gave me pair of new batting gloves. The rest of the team were minor leaguer's.

Saw Godsmack in some bar in the Danvers/Salem area about 5-6 months before they hit big with whatever. I’ve seen them a few times since then but that show sticks out.

When I East working a a LEO years back I was in charge of security for the filming of the movie King Pin with Woody Haralelson and Bill Murray and the rest of the cast. They all were really nice other than the chick that was in it she was smokin hot but a bitch. I had lunch with the cast that was pretty cool

In the Grants Pass and Medford area there are a number of actors that live around there, seen a few and only talked to one, Dee Arlen, we met her in the Grants Pass Wal-Mart where she was getting some things to take care of the horses she had, I think she was taking care of abandoned horses. When we first met her she still owned a tiger that was later taken from her, I think she said that the tiger was in one of her movies, anyway the local people didn't like the tiger and it was taken from her. I tried to find additional info on her on the internet but so far it seems that is all gone, she did have a site that was about her horse care program, even some pic of her and the tiger and she was a friend of Hugh O'Brian and showed us pictures of him and of her with the tiger in the back of her convertible, anyway the last time we saw her was at the Grants Pass Grocery Outlet store, she didn't recognize us but that's the way it goes, if she is still alive she would be 89 and is probably in a care home. One time we saw Kevin Hagen who played Doc on "Little House on the Prairie" at the Grants Pass Staples store. I try never to get wound up about famous people, the way I look at it is we all do the things all humans have to do and a lot of that is not comely, in other words, we all spend time in the bathroom, need I say more?

I usually read an entire thread before quoting anything so as not to repeat anything, but WHAT, when!!!!
I think Commander Susan Ivanova would have been a close 2nd to Lt. Dax (DS9) in my 90's SiFi list, and yes they are way ahead of 7 of 9.

That’s awesome! It’s great seeing bands before they get big.

A buddy of mine growing up is the bassist for a small reggae band outta MA called Stick Figure. Lost touch with him after high school, though.

My friends dad is Chris Keating, linebacker for the bills

Met a bunch of former bruins alumni at a charity game: Bobby Oar, Johnny bucyk

scored a couple goals in shinny hockey in college on Jimmy Howard.

One Vegas trip met Dennis Rodman and Dog the Bounty Hunter dude.

Few years ago in NYC, ran into John Stamos. Wife got her picture with him. She was in heaven. LOL

I agree with seeing bands before they get big. I went to see Danzig 20 years ago at this place in San Francisco called the Warfield and two bands opened up for him that were small at the time, one was Korn and the other was this weird dude. We he came on stage my buddies and I were like....who the hell is this dude........it was Marilyn Manson....lol

    Just some random's.

Many racers: Spencer, Ago, kel carruthers (that guy has some stories), Rainey, Haydens (all great people, Nicky was as down to earth as you could ever imagine), Rossi, took a leak next to Fabio at a MotoGP weekend when Jordan had a race team (Met him too) Frankie Chili, Edwards. on and on.

Sean Connery as a teenager in Montana when they were filming the Untouchables (Asshole)

Oh, and Ron Jeremy was a bit surreal one random night.

I would put on a kilt and go to the Renaissance Fair in San Bernadino(near LA) drink and pick up women. This was mid to late 90s. Anyway I see this girl in a really short kilt, blouse that was open really wide and a bat mask on. So being in my 20s I was checking her out. She walks up to me and says "what are you looking at?" I couldn't think of anything witty to say so I just said "you" She proceeded to put her hand around the back of my head and stick her tongue in my mouth and we kissed for about 30 seconds. She then turned around and walked off. I was like that looked a lot like Claudia Christian. About half hour everybody was saying that she was there. I saw her walking around after that but since I knew who she was I didn't have the balls to go up to her again. and yes, I would agree that LT. Dax would be my first choice.
