lol. So here's a post from the F150 forum by a guy getting ready to buy one. There are so many known issues with the new F150 that this guy made a list of all the things to check before buying one. And this is for a brand new truck!! Imagine the list to buy a used one. image.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg

And here's the Tundra pre-purchase checklist:

-check for green spots on plastic
-make sure dealer filled the gas tank for you
-make sure you didn't accidentally choose the wrong color

That is pretty crazy. I have no idea why anyone would buy Ford if there are so many known issues. True definition of Fan boy.. willing to buy crap because of the brand.

Don't forget when buying a Tundra make extra sure the dealer didn't leave any water spots when they washed it.

Even buying used Tundras...is there a huge amount of rust on the frame? No: Buy it. Yes: Still buy it.

I would use both those lists buying any vehicle. One for new, one for used.

    Yeah, even a Tundra.

Don't forget F-150 COLD WEATHER check list ......... built in bumper hand warmers when you are pushing your F-150 in the winter. Also don't forget built in butt warmers in the tail gate for when you get tired of pushing it in the winter while waiting for a Tundra tow to town.

    "TRUCK YEAH"

Quite frankly, in a cold weather situation, I'd pretend my Tundra broke down and utilize the Levi jean option: #1 on any truck purchase check list[IMG]
