Thank you!Ya we will see. I watched a video f11 put out and it says just pressure wash and dry. Soap attaches to the f11 causing it not to sheet the water. Kinda interesting

The stuff works pretty good. I use it. I will see about durability in the summer when I wash it more. Winter in Oregon is rain so I don’t wash it as much. But I put f11 on and it lasted. Bird crap comes right off with a wet rag. I know a lot of people hate it but for the record as of right now I like it. We will see how the summer goes. Also I don’t remember a bug stick to it since I put it on at least not ones hard to get off

Wax every month or two is okay but there are sealants that's last for several months, carpro reload and hydro2 are the 2 sealants that I use and love. Also p&s beadmaker is a very slick and glossy sealant that lasts longer than wax but not as long as reload or hydro2. If you wanna buy something off the shelf at walmart or a parts store check out mothers cmx, it has great reviews. These sealants are much easier and faster to apply than wax. Most of them you spray on and wipe off after a wash. Its not recommended to apply them over wax, if you like the look of wax, youd wanna apply wax over a sealant

I honestly have no clue what he does lol I just drop the truck off let him do his magic then I pick it up. I doubt he did paint correction my truck doesn’t get driven a lot maybe 5000 miles a year it just has the common swirls you get from hand drying and stuff couple light clear coat scratches from hunting season.takes him about 5 hours to do the outside.

Ya that’s what I’m thinking to. Usually I take it to him after winter around this time may-June then again in the fall before the snow hits.

Usually I do everything myself but I don’t like messing with black paint. I’ll experiment on the wife’s car first lol.

as long as we are talking spray waxes I think meguiars has the best solution and the easiest product to have access to. if there are some guys here from Canada, I would look in to Silverwax spray wax, great stuff that will last a very long time!!

This isn’t scientific by any means, but I did a small test a couple of days ago. My daughter’s truck has Hydro2 on it at the moment, applied a few weeks ago.

I put F11 on half of one bedside, and left it overnight. Yesterday I took a look and could see no difference visually. I poured some water over it, and the part with F11 was actually less hydrophobic than the part with just Hydro2 on it.

It’s hard to do a good review at the moment, because all the vehicles I have already have one type of sealant or another on all of them. I’ll have to wait until one wears off, or I get another vehicle to test.

Like I said, it’s not a true demonstration, but it was certainly unimpressive.

I sprayed mine off for the first time yesterday it shedded water fine. Didn’t use any soap just water and a Lear blower. It actually got pretty clean......then it rained :(
