Exterior visualizer App?

We've all heard that "there's an app for that" line but does anyone k ow of an app or computer program to help visualize paint schemes or mods on cars?

I've seen a couple wheel visualizer apps that work decently. But I'm looking for an easy to use photoshop type program to easilyteat out paint colours and decals.

 

If you just want to change body colors and basic stuff, you can try the Home Depot project color app. meant to try colors in your house but works on cars too. Helped me decide not to paint my truck pink.
