Sounds like the TRD exhaust is what you want.
I've not heard of an exhaust voiding a warranty, but dealers are weird nowadays....

TRD CatBack Dual Exhaust, I put this on my new truck and I am happy with the sound/noise and the way they sound on the interstate/highways and they aren’t to loud on city streets.

Dirty deeds BAmuffler 6 or 8 inch. 6 is a bit raspy but really mean sounding. A little too loud for me. 8 is deeper in tone and sounds bad ass, I have that one now and love it. Both have done killing resonators, you can't go wromg with dirty deeds industries exhaust. Keith is an great guy to talk to and very informative and helpful

Dirty Deeds or TRD. Either one should be a good fit. I went with the TRD in April of this year and have been pleased with it.

Corsa. But it’s not cheap. Dirt deeds is the route most folks take here. Love the the sound of Corsa exhausts. Nice crisp sound.

    Aluminized vs stainless.
If you live where rust is prominent, SS is recommended

Another vote for Dirty Deeds! I really like my stainless 8”! Keith at Dirty Deeds dyno’ed his setup to where it gets 3 to 10 extra hp, which is actually quite a lot for a bolt-on seystem. Coupled with an aFe dry air filter and TRD air intake accelerator, I actually got a 0.1 to 0.2 increase in mpg, which may not sound like a lot, but to me it confirms some improved efficiency over stock.

Definitely a BAmuffler from Keith at Dirty Deeds as many have said. I have a 6" BAmuffler and it sounds great. Trust me when I say videos won't do these things justice.
I also had a Corsa exhaust before that and it sounded great just wanted something a little louder. No regrets going to Keiths system.

Not to toot my own horn:) But I’ve put more research into tundra exhaust than all of the other companies combined.

With all 100 options that we offer we will have something for you.

Current Tundra came with TRD exhaust. I used Keith's systems (12 inch and 8 inch) on my previous Tundra. All 3 setups were good. Just slight differences in tone and volume.

Here’s a video I did of my budget system with resonator installed. The resonator definitely tamed it but it still has a great growl/rasp. Very glad I went with this setup. Def call Keith if You have any questions.
