Recently I've had this ticking noise come up that is intense when the vehicle is cold but once warmed up a decent amount (just shy over the lowest line marker) Will be less intense and fade away faster and its lead me after just some random google searches to be the Manifold Gasket or worn out Cats.

The whole exhaust is basically rusted both driver and passenger so its probably ideal to get that replaced but the ticking I want to make sure is what's correct or not.

Could be your manifold. They’ve been known to have poor welds that crack where the pipe is welded to the plate.

If it is your manifolds it is a very labor intensive and expensive job. Best to leave it be, it isn't causing any real harm.

P.S. - your exhaust system looks pretty solid to me. Surface rust, of course, but not sever corrosion. You even still have your heat shields! I wouldn't spend money replacing working components that aren't supposed to be clean or shiny in the first place (and will never be rust free unless you go stainless steel).

I mean if anything I've noticed I'm going through gas at lot more than normal. I usually get up to around 177 miles before I get to just under half a tank but now I'm getting 120 miles before I'm under half a tank. Usually only have to fill up every month or so, but noted! I hear upwards of what 2-3k parts and labor?

dang, I would check spark plugs and coil packs and then get a OEM air filter and see how your gas mileage is then. I had a nice jump in gas mileage after I changed my plugs and wires.
