    Lenny,

I should have the new shoes on the SCS SR8's by months end, cant wait! Just cant figure the best size, I don't like a lot of room in the wheel well but also don't want to cut or chop! Im thinking 295/70/18 and now I'm thinking Toyo AT 2's, Nitto ridge or even BFG KO2's if they have that size!

The SR8's have a +25 offset and I want minimum poke out! I want and aggressive and useful look but like I say i'll do 98% road and highway!

Any input on best size or tire is more then welcome!

    Michael

I'm thinking maybe you should just go for 275/70/18.

Between day and night, the ride is strong and a good stiffness soaks bumps up and I love the overall ride!

Wait till you take it in the dirt. Every time you come up on something you think you're gonna take a big hit....soaks it up. If you have some RR tracks close by that usually jar the crap out of you, go hit them w the new suspension. Bring your wife, that'll justify the money spent. She'll let you spend more.

I went from stock SR5 wheels and tires to 35's on OEM TRD wheels, to 37's on OEM TRD wheels. Wish I could give you some input on which tire size to go with. I have the Nitto G2 because I prefer the AT and quiet ride. If you have a discount tire or Americas tire near you, they are pretty good with letting you try a few different sizes for looks and rubbing issues. Wish I could be more help, but just excited to see the final outcome on your truck.........Good luck with the final decision Michael.

I actually had the KING money but after going over what would be less expensive but proven and still a great set up, I went with the Bilstein 6112/5160 setup and saved the difference $ for other mods! Happy I made the right choice, I bugged every one here for a couple months and kept reverting back to the 6112/5160.

Keep me posted on your setup brudda!

Yeah. Ive done billies before. I love them. I just want to do something a bit beefier this time around. Utah is kinda gnarly off-road. Haha Moab, Wasatch mountains, prerunning. I want a shock I can adjust on the go for any terrain.

Of course I will keep y'all updated. I should start a build thread. Just been too lazy and broke. Haha
