I have a buddy looking at used Teslas. Probably M3. Any specific advice? I told him to look on Youtube. Apparently there are a ton of videos about buying used Teslas...do any of them jump out at y'all as a particularly accurate and concise one?

I’d he’s doing a M3 better do it by April 18th. Only benefit to used is finding one with FSD installed and getting that for cheap. Otherwise basic m3 are almost cheaper new.

Also I believe the new M3 have the matrix led headlights so that’s a plus.

I believe around the 2018’ish range the M3’s qualified for new UCA’s. I don’t know of any existing, known issues for around this year. The older ones I would check which computer it’s running.

Whatever this forum told me to do
as promised...I screwed it up. I even started over!

We hooked up the 2nd wall charger. it's doing 25miles of charge per hour.

Home is now the new one...."other" is the old one.

I have no idea what "work" is. <pun intended>

    life is still good.

That guy doesn’t have kids. You wouldn’t ever want to remove the kid car seats just to get the third row up. Total miss on his part.

Honda really crushes it with the 2nd row seats. I thought moving sideways was ridiculous but it’s been killer to aid on use of third row. Simple straps and recessed handles allow third row seats to be raised and positioned from the floor while standing behind the hatch. It’s still somewhat clunky but better than it would be behind a tailgate.

I hate kid car seats. Hate them.

Neighbor has an R1S, I’ve been meaning to take a peek inside.

Got some tint, lowered 1/1, threw some quality wheel spacers on..

Today I have some Enkei RPF1 in an 18x8.5 +30 and some Yokohama Advant Apex in a 235/45r18 coming in, will go in tomorrow to have them installed. Going to run the factory all-seasons as a winter tire.

New wheels and tires are on. Forgive the dirty garage picture - it's raining outside. This saves about 9lbs per corner and these tires feel GREAT compared to the stock Continental all-seasons.

Yeah, about 1" all around with the Eibach Pro kit. Alignment is still in spec for me, but I may get adjustable camber arms just to get it all perfect.

I always thought it was silly that the only two buttons in the entire car have sole functions. This will be a great upgrade!

Whatever this forum told me to do
    Finally watched this.

The MS beats 3 drag prepped monsters.

Most folks don't even realize the performance potential of these Tesla EV's.

    just amazing.

and the Tesla drives home, with the A/C on.

As I was driving into work this morning in the rain, I was reminded of the biggest pet peeve I have with the vehicle - the windshield wipers. And then it dawned on me...

Put the windshield wiper controls on the scroll ball so we don't have to look away from the road to fumble with a touchscreen to use a very important safety feature. Click to turn them on, scroll to control the speed. If that was available, this car would be damn near perfect - at least as perfect of a vehicle that I've driven. C'mon Elon, hook it up!
