A Rolls with an electric powertrain will be the ultimate daily. I can’t imagine how smooth and quiet it’ll be in that cabin!

And with that type of money, that’s what they want. Quick, silent, luxury. Who cares what it’ll weigh.

An ICE Dawn/Ghost/Phantom isn’t a light vehicle either. I’d imagine it’ll be slightly heavier than an ICE Rolls, but well worth the electric trade off!

Any smart EV people know how to connect the wires on the tesla charger? I'm tasked with doing one today for my dad, replacing a leaf charger. Comes with hardware and screws and stuff, so just a matter of killing the circuit, unbolting the old, removing it, knocking out the knockout plug, mounting the new one and then connecting three wires and testing. But the supplied screws don't install directly so I'm not sure if there's something more to it to prep, the instructions seem a little brief. I could probably search youtube on this one myself but figured I'd ask in case there's a cool trick I should know about.

    Cheers

Ah, figured it out. The wires connect without the screws. So screws are for the cover. Makes sense now. My goof.

Yep. Just need to install the concrete sleeves, I drilled the holes too big. Pretty straightforward once I realized the screws hold the two pieces together.

    Thanks!
