I'm not a huge Twitter user, but I do cruise it to check the pulse of the nation outside of legacy media.

    I am watching this closely.

    this is big.

    freedom of speech, 1A, etc.

these are fantastic times we live in.

...and you know he has his Tesla Software bulldogs securing the systems & running the show now.

I mean the cars exterior looks sexy, but I’m (and always have been) going to question their reliability. They are too new to the game to have any long term sustainability.
My good buddy, and neighbor has the Audi E-Tron. He bought it used with 11K on it. He’s had it back in the shop a few times now. Wouldn’t charge, AC stopped working, random lights, etc.

I think the world shares your opinion...albeit, reluctantly.

the only viable/functional EV out there is Tesla.

EV owners eventually realize this when they buy an EV other than Tesla.

Legacy media trains the masses to think Tesla is poor quality. yet...they perform reliably & sell like hot cakes.

I'll wager Tesla news will be even worse now that the recent events actually happened.

    weird times.

all the while....we will continue to enjoy the ride.

Met the wife for an early lunch...

when we were going to our respective autos, she said "I'll leave first, you're too slow".

    cut me deep.

Sit back & relax….just want to share a nice story about the world we live in.

Son came down this weekend for last day of early voting.

We are in the Tundra heading for a nice lunch.

    The conversation:

Son – I saw one of those Hummer EV’s at school last week.

    Me- what did you think?

    Son – it was huge

Wife (who drives an EV DAILY)– What’s an EV?

Me and Son just look at each other.

    Life is good.

My VIN should be coming any day now. Still on the fence whether to keep it or not.

Tesla is just amazing, OTA fix for a power steering programming issue.
Any other automaker would take 4 weeks just to contact you and another 4 weeks to get you in.

Folks that have never been to a drag strip won't appreciate the Plaid's ability to run perfectly EVERY pass.

it's spooky. and if you have an ICE car, it has to be very intimidating to line up next to it.

Funny thing, If you have two Tesla’s you can program the key card to work for both. 2 cars, 1 key (or also add it to ur app)

    question on the key card.

it's my understanding that a key card can only be assigned to one phone.

    right?

i.e. I can't let my kids assign MY key card to their phone and MY card still work. We let them take the actual key fob thing.

You can make them as an additional driver on the app. They can download the app, and use it that way. Your card is registered as a backup “key” so whoever has it can use it unless u remove it. You can also order more keycards from Tesla for $35/each
