    The difference is that the Challenger Demon isn't pitched as an everyday car. It's a track toy. The range on the 5.7 Hemi Challenger will beat or be on par with any EV, and its fuel up is quicker.

    Nobody will dispute the EV supremacy in the drag race. It's also a silly comparison. EVs have better acceleration. Period. No argument. They're also not taking NASCAR by storm because they can't run a 500 mile race. Nobody cares either way. The raw acceleration junkies will go EV and those that love the soul of ICE will go that way. They aren't in competition because they are aimed at different groups for different purposes.

    A rifle can shoot farther and more accurately than a pistol. Does that make it better? Well, at those things, sure. How about if you need to be able to conceal carry? Does that suddenly make a rifle dogshit?


    EVs and ICE have their place. I'd love to have both.
