    ^^ for those who haven't gotten their Tesla yet, the car will precondition the battery (stop cooling it so it can warm up to a more optimum charging temp) when you put the supercharger in the navigation as the destination and drive there. If you just show up to the supercharger without putting it in the nav, the car doesn't know it needs to precondition the battery.

    for the record:

    I wax once a year with Nu-Finish. it works that good.

    I wash with Ajax diswashing liquid.

    I bead all year. ALL DAMN YEAR.

    I wax the cars every Memorial weekend.


    the worst are those faddy car wash places that spray bullshit wax all over your car & WINDSHIELD! yet, all the starbucks people use them all the time. buncha lazy bastards. Wall-E is moving in on us!


    As I've said before - I work in dustville. Nu-Finish is the bomb.

    I had a small fender bender in my '96 4R, when it was 10yrs old. the body guy asked if I had the 4R repainted....because the paint was in such good condition.

    NOPE! I do my two bucket wash, with graphene shampoo (I coated mine) and usually add detail spray as a drying aid after.
    I would go nuts if my vehicle was dirty daily

    I believe Tesla makes sure that cobalt used in their batteries is sourced reliably. Slave labor cobalt mining is no different than blood diamond mining so it makes sense to mention the child labor cobalt mining issue. Not to would be crazy in a sense. Not down with using kids for slave labor to provide cobalt used in any type re-chargeable lithium ion whether for EV's or anything else. Most folks aren't aware of this and should be.

    People should be hung by their balls and rot for life if they use slave/kid labor.
