2008 Tundra 5.7

I need help. I have a 2008 Tundra 5.7. Error code is P0983. Which indicates a solenoid in the transmission. I have been reading forms and some say they changed the solenoid and nothing changed. Another says hey supported the harness coming out of the ECM drivetrain. I am not sure where this is, and cannot find it on the internet. Please help this frustrated man from Arizona who now lives in Canada.
