Okay maybe this is dumb or been asked before but

Do all platinums have the entune system. I have a 16 platinum and can’t get my vin to register. Thanks in advance

Sounds like you may have activated the anti-theft feature of the radio. Really not sure, but the “stealership” may be your only option to have it reset. Prob not what you wanted to hear...
