I'm sure this has been discussed before but I can't find the thread. My phone keeps disconnecting from entune apps and the Tundra in general. I thought it might be the phone, but I travel dor work and have had no problems on the last two rental cars I've used. Is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Have you checked for an update? Both the app and firmware.

I have not, but that is because I just got the updates for both a few weeks ago when I got the truck.

Just looked at the recent reviews in the play store and it looks like there are a lot of problems with samsung phones since the latest update.

Starting to think about uninstalling entune and seeing if the Bluetooth problems go away. I would just play pandora through Bluetooth and not the Tundra's app.

Tint, stealth steps, front step, rear step, others to come.
How do can I update the system on the truck?

I play pandora through the app. I never use the Entune app..mainly b/c it limits how many music selections you can scroll down to when in drive.

@Elie812 Toyota dealer can see if there's an update.

I recently had just the opposite problem. I took my truck in to get my windows tinted. While in the waiting room (about 50 yards away) I felt my phone vibrate. I pulled it out of my pocket and noticed I'd missed several calls. I tried checking my voice mails but couldn't hear anything.

A technician came into the waiting room and asked who owned the black Tundra. I raised my hand and he informed me they were hearing my voice mails through the stereo. D'oh!

I sheepishly turned the Bluetooth off on my phone.

I had the same problem. iPhone 5 and 6. Both. I recently took it in for 15k check and they updated radio firmware and it's been great for past two months.

Just an update: shortly after I made this thread I stopped having problems with the Entune or Bluetooth. Everything is just working great now.
