    Back in the day a noise like that at startup was sometimes caused by piston slap. It would go away when the engine warmed up, and piston expanded, and took up the slop.

    My 2019 PRO 5.7 makes a ticking noise, sounds just like a lifter. Only time I can hear it is when I'm out of the truck, don't hear anything from inside unless the windows are down. Dealer says it's normal for that motor. I don't like it, but it is what it is.

    I have developed same sound as the video, also from the driver's side. Can hear it with radio down and you give it some gas. This started after installing bypass kit.. Guessing I caused a leak breaking that seal huh?

    I'll throw some injector cleaner in there though, may as well try..

    I’m not familiar with what’s pressurized but could it be one of your block off plates not being tight?

    I’m gonna get back on it, but the torque spec was pretty low from what I remember
