I reached out to them in September to see if they had plan to release a Pro-series shock for the Tundra with a 2.5" shock body instead of the current offering which is 2". Expected a "No" but wanted to ask before black Friday sales.
They still haven't addressed this and keep responding with useless info. The message today informed me that they fired the person who had bren working my ticket.
That was it, no responding to my previous message or answering my initial question.

Interesting. Maybe them not answering means the 2.5” body is in the works.…

I do not think so. They have essentially told me their current offering is fantastic.

I do understand its a good product but that wasn't my question. I just didn't want to place an order, install the new components, and then have them release what I really wanted.

Life has happened since September and suspension wasn't purchased, but I am still annoyed to get responses from them that don't answer the question I asked.

I’m leaning more towards they will…. Eventually. They could have named the rear resi “stage 3,” but they may be leaving stage 3 open for a larger body.

FWIW I had the stage 2 on my Tacoma before I traded it in, and I loved it. I just hated the new Tacoma.

I understand your frustration but I would not give a company too much grief about keeping quiet regarding product development issues. For all they know your brother in law works for the competition and you are looking for insight into confidential information.

Ugh. Not impressed with these. Been on truck for 18 month.

    Looking for updates on these.

Anyone not happy with their purchase?

    How well do they tow?

I’m still not happy with mine. They’re destined for the trash can as soon as the bilstein come in.

You’re going to 6112/5160 combo then?

The 8000 series. The ride of the eibach is acceptable but the quality is unacceptable. The coil overs leave. The corrosion has ruined them. The adjusters are seized and have rendered the coilovers junk. See pics above. I guess I already posted on the topic!

For reference the rest of my truck is spotless. The condition of the shocks is not representative of the rest of the vehicle. Not a spec of rust or corrosion anywhere else…

Everyone still likes the ride, besides Scenicroute’s quality issue?

6 months in without issues. Ride is still good, first time having aftermarket suspension so I can't compare to anything but stock. I checked to see if I had any rust or any other types of surface issues and I don't.

I'm still trying to find time to add the +2 Coachbuilder shackles.

I'm in the same boat, first time truck owner (4y), first time with Aftermarket suspension or even caring about my vehicle this much.

I checked, no rust, they are spotless. They were put on late winter and coming up on their first full winter on the truck. I'm planning on adding Blue Sumo Springs in the rear, for my weekly pickups of soil and gravel for landscaping and house stuff.
