Discount tiers will be unlocked with a "points" system. 1 item commitment = 1 Point.
For example:

tcBob wants to order 1 Tacoma Rear -- That's 1 point!
4x4Runner wants to order 1 Tundra Front and 1 Tundra Hood Bulge and Grille Surround -- That's 2 points!

Not yet, unfortunately. But we're our manufacturing team is working on it right now! It'll likely be a few more months.
