@eccracer104 you’re thread is trashed. Full hijack. :infantry:

I don’t know how you could have expected anything else, but... um, I still feel bad about it. I mean, in a sad for you, but I’m having a great time at your party kind of way....

I was thinking about that yesterday actually

Sorry in advance to anyone who wanted useful info in here! It exists, just gotta dig haha.

Every build thread I’ve had turns into a smidge build, some pics, and loads of BS.
    This is the way!

You are a “well known member”. :D

(maybe one night you can post up all your truck-build info and trip pics on another thread, then ask a mod to lock it.)

Nah. Just adding links to the first post to make it easier to find things :)

I enjoy the Bull-shittery that exists in my threads. Adds to the fun!

Lol! I remember when a mod took pity on your plight years ago and spent a day clearing (much of) the extraneous b.s. from your thread. Time to do another purge.

Based off my calculations in reference to the sun and moon you can clear a 39.5” tire without rub

Just realized I’m 8.5 weeks into my wait for my sliders. Should be shipping any day now :goingcrazy::playball::curls:

My build thread keeps you guessing “what’ll happen next? A mod? BS? An update? Trip report? General chitchat?” Ya never know!

I reached out to RCI and got a reply on 3/12 that my sliders were “3-4 weeks out from delivery”. I know that’s an estimate, so if they ship by the 12th I’d be stoked! :fingerscrossed:

    SoCal does have some perks!

Today we rode a trail in PQ. I don’t think I’ve ever riden a trail near Hodges. I assume you mean the Lake yeah? If there are some trails over there I’d like to check them out, that’s close to me.

PQ is fun. Yeah Lake Hodges has trails all around it. Pretty fun too.

Alright, for those of you in here that weighed in on a last-before-scorching-heat SoCal Shenanigans trail run, Mike says they’re in for 5/22. We’ll plan for Anza-Borrego b/c anywhere else, unclogged trails and camping options for a large group will be near nil. Meet mid morning (tbd, probably just north of town), run beginner-friendly trails, then anyone that wants to, can stay for dispersed camping.

Weather has been so varied the last few years, could be mild or hellish— if a week before the forecast is for suck, we’ll pivot to White Mountain (but finding space there to camp will be very challenging, so Anza-Borrego is first choice).

You know I'm just having fun. Santa Cruz has it's share of problems and no 4 wheeling. Most of my favorite wheeling adventures have been in SoCal and I always look forward to being down there. And..... some of the best people I've met (and not actually met) reside down there.
