The angle is oddly important. My buddy hit his stock bumper and tweaked it just slightly, but enough that his aren’t working.

    Thank you for the information!

Agreed. The R&D that is required when a safety element is involved increases the time and cost dramatically.

    Haha!

I already have BSM, so no need to add it, just need to reinforce my rear bumper so it remains useable.

That process will likely involve some of my favorite tools :sawzall::welder:

I might start on them tomorrow, but might go on a bike ride after work instead.
They’ll be on by Saturday for sure!

Meh at best. They’re not as bright as expected, and the spot beam isn’t ideal for the location. They’re better than nothing, but they’ll be moved to the rear as dust lights for sure.

 This is true, but his hands didn’t get on these.

That’s what I’m hoping for. Just read the instructions, looks like while RCI is “no drill” they do have some additional holes and I can drill and add a few extra bolts to be extra sturdy - so I will.

Hahaha. He did make sure to mention how they’re an odd shape and don’t play well with the pallet Jack.
But it was under all the wrapping, so I think it was RCI. Wish I could give those guys a high five but I bet RCI wouldn’t be thrilled to know dicks are leaving their location even if it gave me a good smile and laugh.

Sliders went on easy...almost to easy...

I still have some holes to drill to make them ready for “heavy duty use” as per RCI instructions, but they’re on :D

I’ll allow a pass because we haven’t met yet, there were several beers consumed

Got the first side done beer free, then went for the “hard” side (where the fuel tank is in the way). Got them positioned, 4 bolts in, then beer break time. Haha.

^^^ This is always the problem haha.

Patrick came by to fix his wiring, @tundra_20 was here to help with the sliders, then Bre’s mom and niece showed, then megan came to cut the nieces hair, and Luke followed. Then Zach arrived. Driveway is at max capacity
