eBay color matched grille *applies sunscreen, puts on flame suits*

So, I did it. I bought an eBay grille to get rid of the rest of my chrome and here's my review. I'm not sponsored by the seller. While I was quarantined I decided to buy it and see what happens.

I have a 2014 Barcelona Red CrewMax 5.7 4x4.

Here's what I bought:

It shipped via FedEx and the box showed up a little later than expected, but it's a pandemic so I half expected that. The grille and bulge (bulge lol) were packed very secure. All of the pushpins were included and no tabs were broken.



I did some testing to make sure the color was close enough for me. This was my biggest worry. It matched better than I expected.





So I installed it!



My only disappointment is that no badge was included and my SR5 badge does not fit. It is larger. I ordered two badges since I had trouble finding a good answer on which one fits. We'll see in a few days if either fit. If anyone knows the definite part number for the badge that'd be great. Other than that, the fitment was great. I had to use a razor blade to clean up some plastic from one pushpin hole on the top. Alignment is spot on with OEM. 8/10 would buy again

I wish that seller had my color in stock. Looks great.

 

Toyota emblem came in and it fits! The correct part number for the emblem for this grille is 75311-0C030

Welp, two years later the clear coat failed. Now I have to get it repainted.

 

Update: instead of getting the eBay grille painted I got an OEM TRD Pro grille. Lesson learned, but OEM for quality.
