Dude...They Are Beginning To Get Serious

Yeah they tell us there is no shortage but yet the stores continue to remain empty. I really hope this whole thing doesn't turn into civil unrest.

So like I said, the beaches are closed. But today one dumbshit thought the rules didn't apply to him and tried to go surfing. A Lifeguard on duty told him the beach was closed. He then told the lifeguard "Fuck you. What are you gonna do about it?" The cops showed up and give him a $1000 ticket. That's less than the fine for having an open container in public here. He deserved it.
