I put a DSR1 and a new amp in my 2019 Tundra with JBL 4 months months ago and have been very happy with the performance. about 6 weeks ago about every 3 days I get in my truck and the sub woofer level is set to 0. I'm able to go into the settings on my phone and set back to my level, but 3 days later its back to 0.

I've contacted Rockford Fosgate support and got the usual, re-flash everything with the latest. Done that a few times. Still having issues.

Has anyone had or heard of this issue? Do I just have a clunker at this point?

    Thanks!

I bought everything from James and have contacted him already. He is willing to swap it out for me but, I'm in Oregon he's in Georgia. I hate to go that long without it. I drive a ton for work. I'm going to be gone for a week next month and if I dont get a fix by then i'll swap.
