    Thanks everyone for the replies. Going with the gut and opting with Tundra. Ive been eyeing a few tonneau covers but right now dont have the time. Gonna throw everything in some totes and make easier on me. I had just read that a low lying vehicle and its aerodynamics would be better than the weight difference of a tundra.

    Of course! The Grapevine used to be a bit trickier in the 60's before the I-5 was built when it was Hwy 99. Single lanes each way... Piece of cake now....

    Our new highly intelligent governor was quoted today that California will continue to build out the portion of high speed rail between Merced and Bakersfield. WHO IN THE F&&& is gonna use that between those two places? It’s not like we grow a lot of crops and need to build more dams to support our growing need for water in the state. Nope, that wouldn’t be a wise investment.

    Camburg uniball UCA, Cooper AT3 XLT 295, Coachbuilder shims, shackles, and steering kit, SCS Ray 10, Undercover Flex Cover Ultra, GTR Lighting LED headlight and fog.
    Remove front sway bar you will be amazed on how much better your truck will track at interstate speeds. Less correction.
