    1:15 a.m. ET: There was a 3-year-old child in the vehicle. The child is unharmed.

    1:14 a.m. ET: Preliminary information leads officials to believe this was an intentional act.

    1:13 a.m. ET: Officials have ruled out terrorism.

    11:50 p.m. ET: The driver is in custody and is undergoing various tests, including one for alcohol, authorities said.

    11:44 p.m. ET: At least one dead and seven in critical condition, fire officials said. There were a total of 37 patients.

    Just glad the child is ok, and hopefully being 3, he/she won't remember any of this and need a lifetime of counseling to deal with this.
