I got an email from Sparks that they have more grab handles in the other day.

How much is the handle and is pretty much bolt on? Does it require any modifications?

Best mod I made. Paid too much from Toyota. Wrecking yard is way to go.

Just checked the website and the kit from Sparks is apparently still not available. Maybe they don't have real time inventory?

I gave up waiting after ~8 months and then it took me a few weeks to find one at a salvage yard. $50 delivered versus $200 from Sparks/Toyota

If you get the Spark's kit, they include everything needed.
If you go the salvage yard or ebay route you need to buy:
    • 1 - 1.5” long 1/4”x20 hex bolt
    • 1 - ¼” flat washer
    • 1 - extruded U-Type nut ¼”x20 in size
So about $1.50 worth of hardware

As far as modifications. you need to cut a small notch in the tab that go into the dash. Plenty of youtube videos that show what to cut.
