I had an R1200C at one point. The torque curve started at such a low RPM - it was such a cool ride in the mountains.

By the time I was rid of my first wife, they'd already long ceased production and were hen's teeth to find. These days I'm rolling on a 2003 Gold Wing trike or my '06 Vulcan 900 Classic LT.

But I still have a warm spot in my heart for Beemers. Particularly Airheads - when I hear one coming, I can tell it's an Airhead and my head will whip around to see what's coming down the road. I really miss my R65.

I know exactly what you mean. I can hear one of those 1200's from a long distance away. Brings back some great memories.

The funny part is my best bike ever was a 650 V-Strom. Polar opposite bike, never let me down and I LOVED riding that thing.

The owner of this beast left on our lot for a year, I tried to take it off his hands. He finally towed it home.

    1. How would that be even comparable?
    2. It was a joke post because of all the hype on the 2022 thread.

The joke is that the picture you posted is a 2021 Titan with what people think the front end of the 2022 Tundra is going to look like photoshopped on it.

The thing about dream toys is that there's always the next one.
I'm torn between an RCF and an R8 (V10 of course)
Love my sxs but a Turbo RR canam is tempting.
Never satisfied in the pursuit of perfection.
I will forever keep my Tacoma as it will forever be my 1st vehicle on my own. Despite it almost being totaled.
Some may say its not much, but it is a mid-sized 4x4 rig in the simplest form. It's the nostalgia for me.

I was lucky enough to see one of the interceptors used in the movie (there were several). The owner said it was never used in an action shot, rather it was parked in sight. He found it in New Zealand and bought it. I sat in it for a few minutes and giggled like a child. It was really in bad shape, inside and out, but I enjoyed it.

My dream car, except in the darker blue... four four and two!! My friend almost killed me in his when we were teenagers. We were running from the cops after getting caught drag racing, the squad car didn't stand a chance.

    65-69 Mustang
    70 or 71 Dodge Challenger/Plymouth Cuda
    67-69 Camaro
Square body C/K1500 or K5 Blazer (though I wouldn't say no to an earlier C/K)

    FJ40
Pretty much any Datsun or Nissan with a Skyline or GTR badge
