Upstate NY guy selling 2005 dbl cab 195k miles for $8k..

Looks like he has taken great care of it and I like the size of these smaller tundras. But is 195k crazy to pay 8k for... hoping to get 3-4 years out of it. I don't do a lot of driving maybe 10-12k a year

Hold the Line! If you are not holding the line, abandon your ship. Destruction is inevitable without more to hold the line!
It does not appear to be a bad deal. That is around what they go for where I am at (South - Midwest). If that truck were here, it would likely be for sale for 9-10k. It looks like it was well-maintained. I would just make sure the frame is in good shape.

I'd say do it but where are the pics from the undercarriage? Any rust, did you get a 2nd opinion? Any obvious leaks??

I would still get under that truck and look for overspray of undercoating for rust. Some just spray over rust instead of fixing it the right way.

Looks like a good deal if everything checks out underneath. Sold my 06 about 2 1/2 years ago with around the same mileage for 12k and it wasn't 4wd.

$7500 will buy it. If he is smart built in some wiggle room, I doubt he will drop 2 large. Upstate NY..it's a salty dam sea dog..the roads suck from salt spray there in winter.
    I would pass.
