Does anyone know where the turn signal flasher relay is located?

I replaced most of my lights with LED except the DRL. The rear turn signal led bulb is creating the hyper flashing stigma. Does anyone know where the flasher relay is and do they have an aftermarket flasher relay that will solve the hyper flashing?
