I'll look into those. I just went with dobinsons since I was getting their leaf springs anyway. They're quality parts. Just need longer pins. I plan on calling them and bringing it up since it says they're correct on their website.

Also, the top factory bushing was actually polyurethane. Kinda surprised me. Has a toyota part number and everything

Yeah, however greasable bushings have a little groove or grease channel running parallel to the bolt hole to actually allow the grease a path of travel.

For non greaseable polyurethane bushings I use Energy Suspension formula 5 grease, I have a small tub of it from when I did the bushings on my f250. It will last forever and never needs to be re greased. That stuff doesn't come off, even with a pressure washer

My concern would be that said grease would become contaminated over time and lose it's lubricating properties, that's why I like to be able to displace that with new grease periodically without disassembly of the components. But hey, at the end of the day, who cares, just roll with what makes you happy and enjoy your truck!

You should check out that grease. It truly the stickiest grease I've ever used. Until you use it, you'll never really get how crazy that stuff is, it pretty much lasts the lifetime of the bushing.

Thanks for the advice, me like sticky grease!

Are you sure the Ironman bushings and shackles work with Dobinsons leafs? Dobinsons says their leafs use the same size bushings as Toyota OEM but then I saw this on the Ironman bushing product page: DA2CE0F1-88BD-4F59-8854-7941EE8B1267.jpg

And this on the Ironman shackle product page:

Dobinson's springs, IM bushings and shackles have been on my truck for about a year now, so yes I'm quite sure the combo will function as designed. Pretty sure IM is just trying to market their products in their favor a bit.

Awesome, thank you. What about the u-bolts? Should I do Dobinsons or Ironman for those?

I used Dobinson's, 2 kits IIRC. Don't forget a carrier bearing drop, think I used 2 IM spacers on each side, don't remember if the stock bolts were long enough or if I used the longer bolts in the kit. IIRC, the length was the same. Also don't forget a rear brake line relocate bracket for full suspension droop without pulling apart the lines. Lastly, be careful, leaf packs are kinda awkward and like to rollover. Good luck!

Whose carrier bearing drop kit do you recommend?

With shortages you might need to use what you can get. I used IM. Would not be hard to fab up some spacers from 3/8" bar stock if push comes to shove. Drop it about 3/4" or so. Your gonna like the handling improvements with stout springs.
