Pleasure only here. Dont need my truck at all but it's fun and I do pull a camper in the summer. I do like hearing how good they are for work because that means mine should last a real long time.

Pretty much the same for me, I actually have the luxury to be able to walk to my workplace. I may on occasion drive to work, but it's usually in anticipation of a very long day and not being interested in walking home in the middle of the night in freezing winter conditions.

I do both. My full time job involves me sitting behind a computer screen but I do hardwood floors on the side so the truck gets used for tools and tear outs. I use my truck for all kinds of stuff around the house too. I couldn’t imagine not having a truck.

My old man always told me “let her drive whatever she wants, but every house needs a pickup”

Kinda both?? I work in heavy civil construction. So having a 4wd truck helps getting around a developing site. I may tow small trailers sometimes or need a bed to pick up materials. My company gives me a vehicle allowance which covers my note and insurance and a fuel card. It is my personal truck. I do not abuse it or beat it up. But I certainly do whatever I need to do regarding my job that requires a vehicle. I use the truck to my benefit to help me with my job.

I pretty much consider this as "For Work" too.
Obviously if I use mine for work and drive it to do the work......

    Thanks for Playing!

My Tundra is mainly my daily driver to work, round trip 3.5 miles. Main reason I own a truck is to pull my utility trailer and Polaris Ranger to the deer lease

Daily driver, I work in a heavy industrial area with pretty rough roads. I could get by in like an Outback or Rav4 but body on frame helps a lot with ride.

Daily driver here. We are a one vehicle family, so it does everything. Work commute, soccer-dad stuff in the evening and hauling a travel trailer during the warm months.

I'm a truck guy and will always own one. Even if I don't have anything to tow/haul. Had an Explorer for a few years and didn't like it. Hated having to rent/borrow a trailer a few times a year when I needed to haul stuff.

Both. I’m a concrete mason, I commute to work and hop in a work truck or go straight to job site. Then I’ll go do side jobs with it. Then I’ll go hunting and fishing with it, and then take it camping on the weekends. Everything ha it’s a truck, I’m paying for it so I gotta use it like a truck (never abuse) but sometimes I have to remind myself that i must admit

I use mine to go to work, but mostly, I just use it to have a blast! Overlanding, off-roading, pulling caravans, stuff like that.

I sell, install and service residential water treatment systems. Some of the tanks are pretty big, and I sometimes deliver several tanks to the job site - this is especially true for customers on wells with iron.

I usually drive mine to fine dining establishments that have Valet Parking. Give the guys something different to drive and I don’t need to leave a tip.

I have a client that lives on the residential side of The Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, and I have to Valet park the work truck when I am there. The old Tundra stands out in a sea of high dollar luxury cars and exotic sports cars, I think the attendants enjoy the experience.

Everyone needs a truck. They are the best looking cars on the road. You get to see over alot of other vehicles on the road.

Mine gets me to/from earning the money during the week.

Then it does truck stuff when I spend the money (currently rehabbing a house) on the weekend.

Commute to work only. It’s not very practical in terms of gas mileage, but I love rolling down the windows, turning up the music, and enjoying my drive.

This is different for me just a different car to drive to cars and coffee.
A occasional hardware ( beer ) store runs . I replaced 1 of my BMW M3's with this and it feels great.

It hauls my dogs, it hauls equipment to work sites via bed and trailer, it hauls starbucks and lunches, and when it only hauls me to work, I make sure it hauls ass:plane:(just kidding, I drive for economy, I aim to use a gallon each way of my commute).
