I thought everyone did. That would explain all the Line-X and bullet liner posts.

Why on earth would I have a truck, and deal with the lower fuel economy, if I did not have it perform truckly duties?

Whatever I can use it for I do!!!!
It's a truck, if I didn't need or use the bed, I would be back in a Landcruiser.

No, not really to be honest. But, I wanted a truck with balls to haul my boat and small camper and to have a comfortable family vehicle.

Yes, I’ll probably rarely ever tow with it because i have nothing to tow but I definitely use the bed. Not everyday because it’s my daily but pretty often. Tools, lumber, portable ice shack, hunting stuff, dead deer, fishing poles, junk, dirty clothes haha, list goes on. Mother in law just bought a nearly brand new Sierra for some reason.. pretty sure that bed will never be touched.

I use mine for Storage, (DECKED) which stores my tools and winch accessories. I purchased the Diamondback cover to handle the heavy loads.

The bed on my '07 is usually used to carry nothing more than a lonely spare tire under the tonneau cover, but I will occasionally load it up with gear & supplies to run a light service call.

Whatever would grime up the inside goes in the bed. Except for stuff that has to be shoveled, that won’t get anywhere near my truck because I’m ALLERGIC to shovels!

My Tundra was meant to haul golf clubs and luggage for a foursome, and it does. ;)

It also hauls other things like firewood, kayaks, ATV, and building material on occasion.

I went to Lowe’s yesterday and hauled some crown moulding home. Today I hauled a load off to goodwill. Last week I took a sofa to the dump. #PavementPimpin

That seems to be the story of our Tundra since we got it

Branches, shrubs, pallets, cardboard to the city recycling depot. Large unused items to Salvation Army. Lumber, crown molding, new doors and odd job supplies around the house being hauled home from Home Depot. Free firewood when I see it on my way home from work, throw it in the bed. Hockey bags thrown on the way to the outdoor rink.

Today was 20x8' baseboards and trim, a flat of Pepsi and a case of windshield washer fluid.

No Tonneau, no cap, open bed to jump in and out of and haul crap around.

    Love it
