    S'up, mang!

I've been busy in my thermal energy transfer laboratory. My prototype transmission cooler is currently in its seventh revision. It can cool ATF down to a point where a magnet submerged in the ATF will surface and hover above the fluid. I extrapolate that transmission life will be increased to 6,876,909 miles under a continuous load equivalent to towing 789 metric tons, up a 95% grade, on the surface of a neutron star.

Unfortunately the cooler weighs 33# above the maximum payload of a Honda Civic, which is 423# above the Tundra Crewmax payload limit.

    Further revisions to follow.

Check the build link in my signature.
We also used to jump my buddy’s grandma’s ‘76 Continental off of a rail crossing very similar to that.

I usually do a sequential flash like mentioned above. Don't need a response but just letting them know I like their tundra. Most don't acknowledge

I give a shaka if it's an enthusiast or a built Tundra/ Taco. Sometimes I'll get one back.

When off road I tend to wave or acknowledge anyone I come across.

Yeah, definitely when off road cuz you’re most likely squeezing by each other since the Tundra is hogging up the trail

I'll do the 2 fingers up from the steering wheel to passing tundras. Usually gets the same in return.

If somebody waves to me, I wave back. Usually just a lift of the fingers on the wheel. Thing is, with the way things reflect on the windshields of oncoming vehicles, I can't see the driver half the time anyway.

If it's a nice vehicle, tundra or otherwise, I will drop my window and give a thumbs up. Did that when a super clean '68 Charger passed me in Parley's Canyon a few years back. I was in my WRX and it made his day. Big ol' grin and he returned the thumbs up when I dropped a gear and sped up to hold even with him and drool.

    Looked like this.

I had a blacked our 4Runner roll his window down at the lights a few weeks ago and tell me he liked my rims/truck and chit chatted while we waited for the light. We had been following each other for a couple km's on my way home from work. It made my day and I told my wife "See, the new rims/tires were worth it".

No one ever stopped me in my Sienna to share their admiration for that one.

I'm never the first to wave, but I'll wave back if someone waves at me. The other day a cute guy in a tundy waved at me and I've thought about it a lot since, so..

Thats the spot I fall into. If I see a guy driving a Tundra who just uses it for transport, I don't acknowledge. If I see somebody driving a Tundra with coilovers, big tires and all those good things, chances are they're noticing I have the same good things and a bit of an appreciation nod is made.

Unless they drive a white Tundra, then I point and laugh.
