Installing an Icon leaf expansion pack made a huge difference for me.

Yes. It's been a gradual process putting the suspension together for on and off road.

The rear has Fox 2.5 shocks, Toytec shackles, and a sway bar for on road. The sway bar made a huge difference in eliminating body roll but is a bit counter productive off road.

What am I doing wrong? I put 80k miles on my 2014 Crewmax and never had bed bounce or tire hop even once. I did have the TRD rear sway bar and a 3/1.5 level. I now have a 2017 without the sway bar and stock height. Again, I've never experienced even a hint of bed bounce on either Tundra. And I put a lot of miles on my trucks. So, how is that my truck doesn't have this when others do?

I'd heard about this issue, but have not experienced it...and hope not to. Heard the Pro suspension gives a better ride, but wonder it if it also helps with the 'bounce.'

I have a 2017 CM 4X4 with 6112's up front and 5160's in rear, I have noticed zero bed bounce but yet to go off roading!

My 2016 PRO has zero bounce. But I will say this, there's a world of difference between the standard Tundra suspension and the pro.

I almost bounced off the road yesterday. There's a bridge here in Jacksonville, florida going over the intercoastal on J. Turner Butler eastbound SR202. At the bottom of the bridge the expansion joints was not installed, or engineered properly and had been a major issue for decades.

My '16 DC with a Lear topper, airlift and a load of 1,000 lbs driving at the posted speed limit of 65 on the left lane, which was way more bouncier than the right, caused my truck to bounce and rebound up to the point that I had very little control of the steering. I know the road is bad, but when researching about how to fix it for the Tundra, I did not realized that part of it was a Tundra known issue.

Everytime I cross that bridge I always looked at other vehicles to see how much they bounce, but I felt that I bounce more. Air springs help with the load, but not the bounce I think.

I'll try to get some Beilsteins on it next week and see if there's a difference, but I really don't want to experience that again, since I might not get lucky the next time. Do the Icon later if that does not help. Worst case scenario is just to live with it.

try swapping out the bs OEM rear leaf bushings and install poly bushings. CoachBuilder and ToyTec are good sources to help with this issue.
