just bought a 2018 Crewcab TRD and was wondering if it is worth doing some at home undercoating. Was thinking about getting some good under coating spray of Amazon and giving the under side a good coating. I plan on getting at least 10 years out of it.

Anyone do this? Or think it is worth it?

Nope, in my opinion. Having a place like Krown or Ziebart that comes with a warranty would be or using a product like Fluid Film that has to be reapplied every year.

Rubberized undercoating can trap moisture and make things worse if you don't get full even coverage.

I have bought krown products and spray the underside down every fall. I think it's their T40 or something along those lines. Seems to be working well.

No UC’s here. I just jacked our vehicles up and pressure washed the whole undersides and wells.

During winter, I go a few times to a manual car wash to do it (without jacking).

I can’t use an auto wash on my yota anyway because I have wrapped bumper ends.
