First of all I want to give the credit to @Neshra54 and all the other guys in his thread on how to do this. This is his thread: https://www.tundras.com/threads/diy-trd-pro-rigid-fog-lights.34224/
Didn't post this on his thread for not to thread-jack it.
    You are going to need:
-TRD Pro Fog Bezels @Roman can help you with that.
    https://parts.toyotaofcoolsprings.c...-bezel-right-hand-tundra-trd-pro-pt22834190aa
    https://parts.toyotaofcoolsprings.c...t-bezel-left-hand-tundra-trd-pro-pt22834190ab
-Rigid D-series fog (don't know if any other will fit)
    -h11 to deutsch adapter harness

After some tweaking and measuring I was able to CNC my brackets. Did them in structural aluminum which is way stronger than regular aluminum. My goal here is to help everyone here that wants to do this mod. Here is how they ended up:
    IMG_1704.jpg
    IMG_1699.jpg
For everybody that is wondering, you do have to measure and drill a 3/8" hole in your fog light/bumper back plate. All of this is covered by the wheel liner so none of this is exposed. Here is a thread on how to remove that: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2018-led-fog-light-installation-instructions-w-pics.18346/
The position of this hole will depend entirely on where do you want your fogs pointing at and how do you set up the fog bracket. With this said, the position will be different for everybody.
Here is the hole I drilled so you get an idea.
    IMG_1883.jpg
The trick here is to measure and point the fog already installed and hand tighten in the fog bracket and support bracket, measure and then tight everything outside, re-check and then tighten the support bracket to the frame. After you decide where you want your fogs pointed(I suggest doing this with trucked leveled in front of a wall), there is only about 1/4" to play up/down/left/right with the fog so you don't have much room for error here. There is not much space to tighten things inside that area unless you have really small and flexible hands, also the right tools. Don't worry you can always extend the holes on the support brackets if you miscalculate something, no biggie.

As for the support brackets here is how I can help you guys. I'm able to get this brackets with all stainless steel hardware from a friend that owns an aluminum shop. Again, this is not to profit from this, this is very time consuming for me and believe me, I got a million other things to do that I really profit from. This is what he can do for us:
    IMG_1895.jpg
Structural aluminum brackets with pre-drilled holes, all stainless hardware, no rust, no breaking.
UPDATE: PRICE IS $19 for both brackets and hardware shipped to CON-US. He already has a few of them ready. This brackets will have rough edges, that really makes no difference. This is just to lower fabrication costs. If you want soft round edges you can always give it a quick sanding.
Let me know if somebody is interested and I'll start shipping them.
I also made my own harness adapters, was planning on adding them to the package but don't really have time for that you are better of ordering them from Amazon or ebay.
    IMG_1690-.jpg

Thanks a lot and let me know if you guys are interested.

    Great job!

Looks like Rigid may be soon releasing a redesign/new fog brackets for their lights. Curious what it may look like and if their light bouncing issue will be resolved.

With this bracket the fogs are solid AF. Don't think rigid will re-design as they are not going to use Toyota's fog bezel or make you drill a hole. They try to do their kits as bolt on as possible. If they invest a little time and money on this, they can make something similar bolt on but still will need to use another bezel.

I don't doubt yours are solid. People have been doing those for years to add rigidity to the rigid brackets.

Iv been talking with Rigid and complained to them in person showing them their bracket weakness and online complaints.....sounds like they will be doing something for a redesign, timeframes? unsure. I agree they will probably not ask the end user to drill though.

I bought the brackets and installed them a few days ago. Zero complaints.

Could you buy your own brackets and hardware for less money? Probably. But the convenience of having them delivered to me and not having to buy anything myself was worth the few extra bucks. I’m also happy to support someone else who took the time to make my life easier.

    Thanks!
