Made this a while back for my friends at HID extra.

2015 Tundra TRDPro 32" Light bar install

DIY 32” LED Light bar Install – 2015 Toyota Tundra
    Tools Needed:
    3/8 Ratchet
    3/8 Small Extension
    10mm Deep Socket
    12mm Deep Socket
    Allen wrench (Provided w/Light bar)
    Drill
    Step drill bit
    Tape measure
    Masking Tape
    Marker
    Flat head
    Razor Blade
    Zip Ties
    Wire Cutter

    LED BAR:
    The kit will come with:
    2 mounting brackets
    2 small allen screws
    2 crush washers
    2 long allen screws
    2 rubber mount protectors
Install mounting brackets on LED bar.
Place the 2 crush washers into the 2 allen screws and tighten down the brackets onto the bar.
Be sure to adjust the brackets to the angle you like (whether you want to point down/straight/up)

    INSTALL:
    First remove upper grille:
Remove top 6 10mm bolts on grille.

Then remove grille to expose your mounting point (Upper grille support)
Using the tape measure extend it from end to end on the upper support.
Place the LED bar on the upper support and find where you would want/prefer to mount/center your LED bar. (Try to push the bar as far back away from the grille)
Now mark the holes where you choose to drill

Hey bud. I don't see why it wouldn't work. It depends on where you would like to mount.
If you choose this upper grille support mounting spot, You would have to check if you have that upper crossbeam. If you don't have that you can have custom brackets made or find a different area to mount.
Everything is all the same concept.. Just really depends on your personal preference.
Feel free to upload some photos of what it looks like behind the grille.
I'll do as much as I can to help ya out!

I see the power cord to light bar is on left side what if you flip bar so that the power cord is on right side will that affect beam of light bar??? Only ask cause I bought a bar of Craigslist and the cord was short so mine runs on right side

You are fine. It doesn't matter which side cord runs.

    Isn't a 3/4" ratchet a little overkill for 10mm and 12mm nuts and bolts?

    lol Nice write up though

I mean I use 3/8" all day every day but I don't even own any 3/4" tools. 1/2" is the largest I use. ;)

Great write up but I did notice one thing that makes me uneasy. The routing of your harness would have probably been beeter through the grommet instead of around it since water just like power take the least path of resistance.

Very true. I have yet to re route and update everything. Once I get a blue sea fuse box I will re route and clean everything up with maybe a new light bar and other lighting options.

That nsv light is really nice!

    Flux capacitor!
I researched the ASV auto company and they are located out of Dubai. This light was just premiered at sema this year. I can't find this light for sale yet. It's nice to see a light that is molded to fit into the stock hood bulge opening!
