@dirtydeeds does this group buy apply to the TRD Replacement system??? Is "medium" louder than TRD Catback? Or should I go with "Loud".

Hey man! To some of your earlier questions:
As @dirtydeeds noted, Keith and the team pack everything with extra cardboard. I too am in GA and by the time my 8" system got to me last year, the package was a little beat up, but the system was fine. From cutting open the box, to removing stock, installing 8" system and starting key took all of abouth 45 mins.

Like you, I too have been eyeballing LTH's for some time now. I hope to add them some time in the next 6 mos. to year. When I do that, I'll likely swap to Keith's race exhaust (x-pipe w/ true duals).

Where in N. GA are you?

It's nice to get confirmation - thanks.
I have shelved the idea of adding LTH, the value is just not there for me.
I'm confident Keith's 10" system will put a smile on my face, and some added power to the pavement.

I am in the Athens area, what about you?

So I'm in/through Athens a good bit. I can let you know next time I'm coming through and do a drive by?

And the swap is free. We will give you full credit for your 8” system and use it as credit towards the race system:) Just send back the old system

We don’t do a lot of TRD rep systems. They’re more of a 1 off. When we’re building standard systems in a group buy we can build 5 to 1 with the production line. Trd rep is such a completely different system it doesn’t work in The production line.

@dirtydeeds Awesome deal, planning on giving you a call tomorrow to place my order.

1 question though, what's a rough idea of when we would be getting the exhaust?

Is it going to be in October after the group buy ends, or any chance of getting it sooner (Idk how much longer I can take of this stock exhaust :annoyed:

    See fine print
I didn’t want a tail pipe anymore for my 8” so I turned it down right after the exhaust. I cut the tail pipe and turned it around 180*. Instant turn down. No drone. I think it actually sounds better. It’s in between a budget and a 8” standard.

I like that idea of cutting it and turning it 180 degrees to make it into a turn down

In previous group buys, the dump system has always been included... so I would say it’s included in this one as well.

Interesting idea. Definitely makes it easier to just rotate the pipe instead of having to get it bent. Nice work!

The turn down on my stock muffler utilizes the original tail-pipe and resonator, crude but effective...
we had to weld it in place because a leak had deteriorated the muffler outlet making it impossible to clamp securely.

    It sounds good.

    I keep it really clean!
How much of a difference is there with sound and performance between the 10 and the 8? I'm seriously considering jumping in on this but I'm a little green when it comes to exhaust systems

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this installed if you aren't mechanically inclined? I highly doubt there are shops out there that would let me bring in my own parts, but what would be a good way to get this installed properly if I am not confident myself?

Installed by myself within an hour. Budget system with resonator. Truck was on ramps which made it much easier. Packaging was great. No dings or scratches.

@dirtydeeds That's free shipping to Canada as well right? ;)

Seriously though, any idea on the cost to ship and how bad I'll get dinged at the border?
