I’m late to the party here but I’ll offer a quick review of the 8” system I installed almost a year ago anyways.

Why did I choose the 8”?
    - I didn’t want an aftermarket exhaust that was loud all of the time.
    - I didn’t want an aftermarket exhaust that had drone at any speed.
    - I wanted to add a little more power to my truck.

Feedback from others running this system convinced me it would be perfect.

I was immediately satisfied after my first test drive post install. A year later, I’m still 100% satisfied with my purchase!

Around town it’s only “loud” when I get on the throttle a little extra. But it is never obnoxious.

On the highway cruising 70-75, I don’t here it at all. When I hit a hill and the engine loads, I know the exhaust is back there but it never gets loud.

I’ve owned several different trucks over the years and have tried maybe 6 different systems between them. The 8” system is the most balanced system I have ever owned.

Ever tow up and down hills? Say your downshifting up to 4K does it over power or still stay balanced? I’d like to keep the cab quiet unless I really punch it full send.

I’ve never towed so I can’t speak to that.

I’ve gone full throttle on flat ground and hills to pass slower traffic and it does get louder but it’s still not obnoxiously loud.

I’ve noticed the exhaust loudness is tied more to throttle position than engine RPM. At 3-4K RPM the truck doesn’t need much throttle to maintain speed so the exhaust is barely noticeable.

I understand towing a load changes this.

Feedback from the group is that the 10” is best if you tow frequently. Hope that helps!

So at 4k RPMs u will here any exhaust be louder the 8 inch is not recommended if you tow often Keith usually recommends the 10 or 12 inch. Mine with out a trailer and I climb some steep mountains you can hear it for sure but never gets annoying but you know it's there so I'm sure with a trailer it will be even more noticeable

Add another one to the list - calling Monday or Tuesday. Looking for opinions though from you guys (will ask Keith all this too though).
    Torn between 8 and 10.
Truck is a 2019 Sport bone stock. Drive it about 10k miles a year. Never tow with it. Mix of terrain on my commute from flat level to steep mountains. Used to drive a diesel so the sound does not bother me too much but I do not want super obnoxious going up hills to the point I can't have a conversation. Would prefer not to have to install a resonator. Thoughts?

Should be at around 50 orders so far which equals $100 off, plus free shipping, and another $75 off from the top. Keep em coming. $2 an order will add up.

    Did you install the resonator?

I ran for a week without the resonator just to experience it. The sound was a lot more aggressive without it but still not obnoxious. Great deep V8 growl. However, the drone on the highway was almost unbearable. Cruise for me at 70mph is right around 2K RPM, the sweet spot for drone without the resonator. With resonator installed the overall exhaust sound was less, but not muffled if that makes sense. And like I mentioned earlier, ZERO drone. I’ve driven for a year in all conditions except towing and there’s no gear/RPM combo that creates even the slightest drone.

I figured. Most curious as to noise inside cab filled with wife and baby. Pretty sure I’m set on 10” SS. Just like all the feedback everyone’s given.

The 10” is very mild. Meant for towing. But the 12” is even more mild.

Either way, you gain 3-10hp and 10-20tq to the rear wheels over stock.

We have stalled out at 45 orders so far. We need momentum!!

That said, we still have over a month to reach our goal of 100 order ($200 off) so I’m confident we will reach it:)

Is the 12" for the '07 to '09 RCSB included in this sale?

What is the retail price for it in SS?

C'mon peeps on the fence. I saw people saying they will place orders if it hits a hundred. What's 50 bucks when you're already saving a ton of dough. You know you want it. :)
