2020. A tranny cooling system is still on the books as well. Gotta find someone willing to install it.

I did gears for the same reason. Here in the land of flat earth, 4:30's were fine for 37's but I wanted ELockers F/R so it only made sense to do them while I was in there.

Love them. These are my first elockers, I've had a dozen ARB's and would never go back if I don't have to.

Absolutely, I had nothing but air leaks that required the oring inside needed replacing. Love the E-Lockers!

The biggest down fall I hear about e lockers is the need to roll significantly for them to engage.

this is a truck though and not a rock crawler.

guess I’m gonna go give the harrops a hard look.

Agree about the inconvenience of needing to roll more to disengage, but it engages on demand for me.
Having a locker to me preserves the health of the front steering components because it makes the truck works much less for similar terrain, not only for rock crawling but also for mild situations.
To me, I'd prefer reliability over "instinct" disengagement.
I have had my Harrop elocker for almost 1.5 years and varies offroad situations, been working solid for me.

Also, the reason I have not went with ARB is the need for an additional air compressor system, also the arb locker design may need to be maintained internally (only way to maintain is to open it up).

Very good points. I’ll have a ARB air compressor for other reasons however, maintenance on them and leaking with the copper line over the ring gear issues is a strong deterrent.

I just watched a video on harrop/Eaton locker engagements and disengagements going forwards and backwards, it’s a lot less than I had imagined.

pretty sure I’m flipping to Eaton now.

Same here, I have had mine for a few years (got the first USA delivered elocker) and never had to wait for the locker to engage and honestly I have never ever had an issue with disengaging them.

One time at band camp... LOL... wheeling in Colorado years ago and I normally turn my air on when I need it and we were way the hell up there and of the 6 of us I was the only one with air lockers in my LandCruiser and all others had elockers. I was trying to get up this steep but easily passable obstacle and it was acting like I was not engaging the air lockers. I decided to wait until the tank fills and try again. Well it was running and running and the sound was just not right. I turned it off we were looking at things for a while then it dawned on me. In order for an air compressor to work it has to compress air and we were 10K+ in altitude. I winched myself up and the following days I would fill my air tank up at the cabin and have air when needed during the day. Just a story of my experiences

Done, I have an alignment scheduled for 8:00am tomorrow. No rubbing but close to the edge of the fender flare. I can easily trim it but waiting for the alignment to get done tomorrow. For some reason the tire on the drivers side is closer to the rear of the wheel well and the passenger is nowhere near that close. Explains the weird freaking ride for 3.5k miles on vacation.

I went to get my truck aligned on Saturday and they guy comes out and tells me that the adjuster for my camber is maxed out but he says it should still be ok for a while. How does that happen and how many others have had this type of problem. I had an alignment done 4/26/23 and nothing was said about any problems with the adjusters and the final numbers were 0.3 and -0.4 for the left and right. I went for a trip across country to Missouri and I had nothing at all offroad all on highway. Just trying to figure out how this happens.

I went in for an alignment on Saturday because the new 37's were mounted on Friday and then I get my surprise

I’ve seen many shops that can’t handle an alignment. Best alignment I’ve had was from the crew at westcott designs that’s where I’d go

Impressed it clears the body mount. Does it run on the sway bar at full lock?

The driver side was a tad closer than the passenger side to the body mount, I guess I am going to see if it rubs during full articulation of the suspension. But normal driving it is completely rub-less (if thats even a word)
