    Yep, I did exactly that.
After the springs settled, its exactly at 3" of lift and fenders measure exactly where they were with the spacer blocks. It rides fantastic.

I did experience the "Tundra lean" after the spring install and had to put a 1/4" thick shim on drivers side to get it 1/2" higher.

So how big of a hit was the performance going from 35's to 37's? I have 5.29's and the tire weight is going to be 3lbs more at each corner. I am NA not lucky enough to be SC... but ya never know

With 5.29s you’ll be just fine.

How are you getting 37's to clear and still running the stock front mud flaps?

I'm not a fan of mudflaps at all but they are needed when towing shiney things behind the truck. :D
I had to add hitch-mounted Rock Tamer mudflaps to mine for towing. There are numerous rock chips in the gelcoat of my boat from a previous owner.

Yep, a day after the 37's went on. They were OK when driving in a straight line... but rubbed when turning and I needed more room for the front end to be properly aligned.

Thanks! I’m debating on making the jump to 37s after regear. I have 35s now. Also trying to avoid moving my casater? All the way forward.

I had my alignment done at a local offroad shop. (Southern Offroad Specialties) They couldn't get much positive caster without messing up the camber... so I told them just get camber and toe set so it doesn't eat tires. Camber is at 0.0 and Caster ended up at around .8-1.0 degrees. It steers and drives just fine so I'm not too worried about it. I have upper arms for it but haven't gotten around to slapping them on yet.

The cab mount chop was really not as big of a deal as it would seem. Just a quick surgical cut, a little grinding and fitting then weld it up.
I hammered the pinch weld over and sprayed black engine enamel on everything. Worked like a charm.

In a perfect world, 5.29's and 37" tires are the right combo... but after having these 37" BFG KM3's on stock 4.30's, I'm of the opinion it just isnt necessary... even when I tow 8000+lbs of boat behind me. Yes, it's a slug pulling out from a dead stop... but the 5.7 runs just fine on stock gearing and really doesnt struggle once up to speed. I just click into 4th or 5th and all is well. It is still perfectly capable of pulling my boat at terribly unsafe speeds.

I just got a quote for 5.29s but really thinking about saving the 4k and putting that towards something else. Towing my 5k trailer isn’t bad at all.

Yep, my boat and trailer are over 8000lbs and I'm totally fine with the way it performs. I'm old enough to remember a time when all we had were 3-speed automatic transmissions coupled to 2.73 or 3.08 geared rearends.

We are terribly spoiled with all the modern horsepower, extra transmission gears and differential gearing options.

    Edit to add:
If I lived in Denver or had to pull a heavy load through the Rockies regularly... I'd probably opt for a set of 5.29's... or better yet, an F350 with the big gas engine. :D

So my 37s (36s actually) on +35mm are in. Will they fit without bmc? We will find out in the next week.

Yah sorry but I’ve been on 37s for a while and you don’t need gears I don’t even notice the difference if anything maybe breaking cause the weight get some upgraded breaks but for 4K I would rather just supercharger the thing

I experienced the same... going from heavy 35's to light 37's was barely noticeable. Really was a pleasant surprise. I will never go back to 35's now.

I’m more worried about them fitting, so many people say they don’t.

I’m going to also do lockers (likely ARBs) which while they are in there they might as well regear. If lockers weren’t on the table, I’d likely consider regear less.

I also worry about transmission temps and load, I routinely see 230-240 and once 250 in Texas summers.
