NorCal peeps! Do you still have your unusable stock spare taking up space in your backyard, garage or even still under your truck? I’ll free you from this burden, for no cost to you of course, I’m that type of guy ;) I just need 3 more.

I need the smaller wheels to work on the truck.

What is the tire of choice for the 37 crowd for over all performance and bang for the buck? I had been running (on 35's) Nitto Ridge Grapplers for the past 5 years and have no problems with them except I just notice they crack/spider all over quickly. Like I said it has been 5.5 years and the cracking started around 2-2.5 years after I bought them. Is it a problem? So far it has not been. Could it? That is my worry especially on a trail.

I heard the Toyos crack early as well and I do know that I would love to have tires that are easy to balance, makes it much easier running 17" rims

I have looked at and read about and watched vids of the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss M/T's but tread wear is not great and at that price... looks like that will be expensive maintenance for years to come. The problem is I REALLY like them and hopefully have everything cut and trimmed ready for them.

I'm on my second set of Patagonia's in 37X20, I got 44K out of the first set with regular rotation and occasional balance and I drive hard. All street and fire roads. Didn't even do an alignment with this second set, drives and stops straight as can be.

Sorry, MT's. First set were 13.5's, these are 12.5's.

I have several casual friends that get freeish tires and they pay for these instead.

Have Nitto Terra Grappler G2s. Love them. Had the ridge grapplers before but they were noisier than I liked once they had about 15K miles on them.

Towed the trailer on the hwy for the first time with 37s and stock gears. Did just fine but mpg was 8-9 this time. When I towed it on backroads to the cabin I was getting 11+. The kayak and Thule box didn’t help this time haha.

I too have the Patagonia MTs. Solid tire.

BFG KM3 hands down one of the quiet and smoothest MT ties I’ve driven and will definitely stick with them

What size kayak is that? Been wanting to get a smallish one so that I can take it wheeling and fish at hard to reach lakes.

I just got my Bilstein 5100's and Eibach +2.5 front coils on yesterday.
I was able to ditch my spacer blocks and maintain the same 3" lift up front. It rides like a whole 'nuther beast now and the 37's still clear.

nice! Did you just keep the 5100 at lowest setting and add the 2.5” coils? That would make it almost 3.5”? If so, that’s awesome to have the lift and the softness of the lower level.
