How much clearance do you have between your tire and the UCA? I can't really tell from the pics. Looks close, which makes me nervous because the wheels I just got are +35 offset. I've heard that +25 was the "sweet spot" but Method didn't make the wheels I wanted in a 17 with that offset. And I heard that 0 offset would cause a lot of rubbing issues, which doesn't seem to be the case with you.

Makes me wonder if I'm going to need a spacer...

Don't think you'd want to get spacers... cause then you'll be 3 offset. And then you'll cut and cut and cut and then it'll finally fit without rubbing. :sawzall:

Well if I was going to do a spacer, it would only be a half inch spacer. That would get me pretty close to a +25 offset. But I only want to do that if necessary, because that would require changing out the wheel studs to longer ones.

But if I did do a standard 1.5in spacer, that would bring me a -3 offset which is VERY close to 0. It's roughly only 1/8 of an inch further out than 0. And again, yours surprises me being 0 offset without even needing a BMC.

I'd still like to know how far away your tire is from your UCA though.

I’m on 18s with +25 offset…I believe I am in the “sweet spot” as far as clearance goes. However the selection of 37s for an 18” wheel is not so sweet. I guess 40s…..

You're probably referring to @Trdwillie14, but I'm running 12 offset. My offset required PWM, very aggressive BMC (I haven't plated yet), and trimming my bumper caps.

Yah maybe I have a bmc and doing a pretty aggressive pinch. But I’m pumped it clears as is.

method trail series has +25 I have the 701 18" +25 rims. need to know how much more I need to do. hsve PWM and A decent BMC. wish I could find someone with close to true 37"s on +25 so I could do a test fit before I buy the 18" 37x12.5 or 13.5

    All the 37s I know are on +0 17s

Now you just gotta get the tires and slap them on. Can't do much until you do that step. You can guess all you want about clearance and what not, but all of our trucks will run slightly different from one another.

Also depends what your gonna do. With zero offset I would never go hardcore of nuts on this set up u may cause a little fender issues lol

    Here’s 37x12.5x17 with 17x8.5” methods at 0mm offset.

Totally. I know it’s more for clearance on the body mount, but the “thickness” (for lack of a better word) could play a roll in clearance. I’d imagine max of like 1/4” change between these and a UCA that sticks out more.
